What checkout does

The form sends product identifiers, the format and quantity, and your contact details. The server prices the lines from the catalog. A successful submission stores the request and shows a reference.

That reference is not a receipt and not a guarantee of stock. Refreshing the thank-you page does not create a second request. If storage fails, the page must not describe the request as accepted, and your browser cart stays in place so you can try again.

Prices and currency

Prices on this storefront are in US dollars (USD). The subtotal is the product prices times quantity. Shipping and sales tax, if any applies are quoted separately before payment.

Ask for the full amount, in one place, before you pay. A product price on a page is not the total you will owe once delivery is added.

When and how you pay

Payment instructions are given only after the product details, availability, address, shipping cost, and any other conditions are agreed. No card brand, wallet, bank-transfer service, or installment plan is installed on this website.

If a message asks you to pay, check that it matches the merchant contact on this site and that the amount matches what we confirmed. Unexpected payment details should be treated as suspicious. Contact us through the address and telephone on this website before you pay.

What not to send

Do not put card numbers, security codes, or bank passwords in order notes, email, or any other box on this site. We do not need them to review a request, and we do not want them in a stored record.

If you are later given a genuine payment channel, use only that channel. Sending card details by email is not a payment method we offer.

Mistakes and duplicate requests

If validation fails, correct the highlighted details and send the form again. The cart and the draft you typed are kept in the browser for that purpose.

Sending the same request key twice with the same details does not create a second record. If you change the details, reload checkout so a new key is issued. That avoids two different requests being tied to one key.

Records and disputes

Keep the request reference and any later confirmation of the amount and the payment channel. The storefront does not claim that an email was delivered just because a request was saved.

If you believe a payment arranged later is wrong, write to us with the reference. Do not send a full card number as evidence. We will use the amount, the date, and the reference to look it up.
