What we store and why

Local storage on your device holds the cart: product identifiers, the option you chose, and quantities. That is why a selection can survive moving between pages and reloading.

A session cookie supports the checkout security check and the reference after a request is accepted. On a shared preview host, a site and version value may identify which release you are looking at. These are functional records, not advertising trackers.

• Checkout session — protects the form and the request reference
• Cookie choice — remembers whether you accepted, rejected, or set optional categories

Optional categories

The notice lists analytics, marketing, and preferences. Analytics would mean aggregate visit measurement. Marketing would mean advertising measurement. Preferences would mean optional display choices.

This storefront does not include those scripts. Saving a preference records what this shop may do later. It does not permit unrelated websites, and it does not mean a third-party tag is present now.

How consent works

The notice stays until you accept, reject optional categories, or save a choice. Opening the panel, changing page, or reloading is not consent. Necessary storage stays on, because the shop cannot keep a cart or a secure form without it.

Reject optional turns the optional categories off. Accept all would allow them if scripts of that kind were added later. Save choices stores the switches you set.

Changing or removing a choice

Use Cookie settings to reopen the panel on the same page. Back returns to the previous view and does not save a new decision. Choices belong to this storefront and this browser.

You can also clear cookies and site data in the browser itself. That can remove the cart, the cookie choice, and the checkout session, and the notice may appear again. It does not delete a request already stored on the server.

How long storage lasts

The cart remains until you clear it, until a successful request clears it, or until you delete site data. The cookie choice remains until you change it or clear site data. The checkout session is temporary and ends when the browser session ends or the cookie expires.

We do not use the optional categories to build a profile, because those tools are not installed. If that changes, this page and the notice will be updated before those tools run.

Questions

If a cart disappears, check whether the browser blocks storage or whether you are in a private window. You can still email us the product names.
